It was during her 10 years in the health care industry that Cathi realized what she truly loved to do was help people.
After some soul searching and a three-month trip out West, Cathi and her husband moved from Atlanta to Asheville seeking a slower pace and flexible careers.
"We love it," Cathi says. "I love the size of the city, and the people are so nice and open."
The couple bought a home in West Asheville and have since had two sons, William and Nathaniel.
Cathi, who has master's degrees in health administration and business, says her background in strategic planning in the healthcare field works in the client's favor.
Buying and selling homes requires planning and focusing on details, both skills she's developed.
